  • Does the mobile app work with the Cropsify ERP?

    We launched the new mobile app, Connect me2420, to operate independent from the current Cropsify ERP to enable cross platform compatibility; however, the mobile functions were designed to be integrated with Cropsify or any ERP/seed-to-sale in the next phase of development.


    Currently the ERP integration will import your Cropsify ERP company information; and activate a free license when you scan the ERP QR code.

  • We have a website and retailer sign up already, why would we need the app?

    How many web links do you estimate a retialer will recieve and remember? 


    You will stand out from other LPs because you will offer an multi brand product catalog with quick QR scan to find and reserve your production lots.

  • Will this work in Provinces without direct delivery?

    Yes; it works in Provinces where the Retailer must source finished products from their local Distributor; the Retailer completes the loop when product is received from any source.


    The Cropsify Purchase Order acts like a "smart contract" to co-ordinate the chain from LP>Retail>Consumer or LP>Processor>Retail>Consumer.


    Or if the Provinces want to come on board; from LP>Processor>Distributor>Retail>Consumer.

    If and when the Retailer receives stock then they can fulfill the order to the customer normally, or use the app as a light weight POS.


    For direct delivery, the PO offers cross-talk to report to the Provincial authority with pertinent information.

  • What is Cropsify Connect?

    Cropsify Connect is a supply-chain marketing app. It provides a platform you need to capture production events for qa while allowing seamless publishing to social media in an entertaining and useful way.


    Floor personnel use the app and to capture the story in real time with simple event logs at the ground level.


    QA use the event logs to check their data when needed.


    Marketing use key events to easily publish on any social media and the Cropsify community social story stream and marketplace.


    Consumers use the app to request their retailers get stock from their favorite craft producer; cultivator or processor.


    Licensed Producers use the app to find partnerships and bid on available inventory.


    Retailers use the app to check their leads list and create procurement agreements with winning prospects.

  • What should Retailers do?

    Ask your customers to tell the grower if they want more from the same cultivar line.  The mention of “cultivar line” engages them to think about what that means; when they try the product hopefully they remember and connect with the grower and your store.

    The fun parts of the app are free; we charge you when it brings value.

  • I already use some other app(s) what's the difference?

    The difference is that Cropsify Connect is many things:

    • It's a new channel to reach retailers and consumers.
    • It's a new market to find wholesale supply and partners to contribute to the lot story.
    • It's a simple UI for logging private internal production & QA events.
    • It's a cannabis community social netork.
    • It's an eCommerce POS system.
    • It's a tool that works for three user types; Retailer, Producer and Consumer.
    • It enables reserves as soon as clones or seeds are propagated.

  • Does it work with my current POS software?

    Yes!


    You could use the app to offer customers a view of the lot story created by the cultivator and processor.  


    While they shop or after the sale; give them the QR to open the story.


    And; display the Lot QR anywhere including on your current software.

  • What payment gateway will work with the POS?

    The app will work with any payment gateway; just enter a URL where your own gateway exists. 


    It's platform independent so you get to pick your own preferred credit card processor!

  • Can we use it to go "paperless"?

    The app provides a tool for your team to use on the production floor to capture real-time logs, with pictures, of tasks like cloning, waste, scheduling, and harvests.


    Your internal QA should decide; it may be useful to keep these journals  as an extra source of truth because it's so simple to capture events.

    Or it can be a backup while auditing counts, dates, and weights.


    Our flagship ERP system is recommended for heavy-weight data tracking. 

  • What is on your development roadmap for the future?

    We will build an open API for integration with other sales and supply channels.
